This is achieved through a specially formulated silicone oil combined with a unique blend of aluminum micropowder and zinc oxide nanopowder in various structures. The optimized particle shape and size reduce the so-called pump-out effect and ensure excellent adhesion to the surface. As a result, an extremely low thermal resistance is achieved, enabling efficient heat dissipation.
